Burcam Hot Water Genie

Bought this several years ago with every intention of installing it....and never have. So, it is time to pass on this money-saving device to someone else. It is meant to give faster hot water in faucets further away from the hot water tank (eg. master or upstairs bathrooms). Has a 24 hour timer which activates the pump when hot water is needed. Instructions are included and basic plumbing tools and knowledge should get this up and running. Or, just google it!
